The Carmella Rose Health Foundation is marking two major milestones: the organization’s sixth anniversary as a Pathways HUB Care Coordination Agency and the recent retirement of longtime Executive Director Ginny Pate, whose leadership shaped the organization’s growth, partnerships, and community impact for more than a decade.
Ginny, who served as Executive Director for 13 years, reflected on the journey with deep gratitude and pride. She shared a tribute recognizing the power of collaboration and the transformative role of the Pathways HUB in advancing health equity:
“My tenure at Carmella Rose has been the greatest reward of my career. Working alongside our dedicated staff, visionary board members, and compassionate partners, we have successfully created a tangible difference in Cleveland’s health landscape. My proudest legacy is the successful adoption of the Pathways HUB model. I want to give special acknowledgment to Better Health Partnership for doing the heavy lifting to make this model thrive; it is now embraced by 15 organizations! Watching this collaborative model change lives by breaking down barriers to healthcare has been the defining highlight of my professional journey.”
As Carmella Rose celebrates six years of partnership with the Pathways HUB, the organization also looks ahead with optimism under the leadership of incoming Executive Director Grace Wright, who shared her own heartfelt reflection:
“I find myself deeply grateful for the journey I've begun with Carmella Rose. Working alongside this incredible organization has been a gift, and I’m filled with hope and excitement for all that 2026 will bring.”
Together, these milestones honor the past, celebrate the present, and set the stage for a bright future—one rooted in collaboration, compassion, and a shared commitment to improving health outcomes across the region.
