She has over 40 years of senior management experience in health and human services. This includes service to hospitals in Ohio and California; as well as social services, chld welfare, and mental health organizations. She also served for 19 years as the CEO Neighborhood Family Practice, a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Jean has led growth strategies for revenue generation and to improve access and quality of care. While leading NFP, the FQHC grew from one to seven locations offering integrated primary medical care, behavioral health, dental, midwifery, and pharmacy services.
