Facilitating the sharing of best practices amongst Better Health's members, partners and the community is key to our success. Since 2007, Better Health has conducted numerous learning collaboratives that bring together health care and other key stakeholders for a day of networking, learning and sharing about methods, experiences, resources and opportunities that drive equitable population health and community improvement. Examples include sharing best practices in diabetes care that reduced race/ethnicity gaps and hypertension best practices that improved blood pressure control for thousands of adults across the region. Continuing Medical Education (CME) is available for medical and nursing professionals who attend.
