In Memory of Dr. Randy Cebul

The Board of Directors and staff of Better Health Partnership are profoundly saddened to share the news of Dr. Randall D. Cebul's recent passing. In 2007, Dr. Cebul founded Better Health Partnership, a regional health improvement collaborative, to bring healthcare and other stakeholders together to improve quality, health outcomes, and eliminate disparities.

Through Dr. Cebul's visionary and courageous leadership, he created a safe space for competitors to share data and best practices to help Northeast Ohio become a healthier place to live and a better place to do business. He indeed was 'the rising tide that lifted all boats.'
