Better Health Partnership has released a new YouTube video that describes our approach to addressing the obstacles to improved wellbeing faced by individuals and families in our community. The goal of this 90-second overview is to share how we, the region’s health improvement collaborative, work together across multiple sectors to eradicate health disparities in our community – creating the opportunity for all people to be healthy and thrive.
