At the start of Better Health Partnership’s journey, our partners worked collaboratively to adopt electronic records and used the data to inform and improve quality of care delivery. Better Health publicly reported results to provide transparency to enable visibility of best practices that could be shared and disseminated across the region.  A ‘rising tide floats all boats’.
