HUB Expands Lead Services

The Better Health Pathways HUB recently began providing services for families with children ages 3 to 6 with elevated blood lead levels of 3.5 or higher. Trained community health workers (CHWs) will educate families about lead poisoning prevention and help connect them to services and supports. Families can be referred or fill out the referral form here.

This new HUB service replaces Bright Beginnings’ Parent Support Lead Program. Bright Beginnings will continue to provide services for children with elevated blood lead levels for ages birth to three through Help Me Grow Early Intervention. Children ages zero to three can be referred to Help Me Grow Early Intervention here or by calling (440) 389-3322.
