CHW Day

Better Health Partnership, in collaboration with Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland State University, hosts an annual event to honor and celebrate the important contributions of community health workers (CHWs) all across Cuyahoga County. CHWs spend their days supporting families, navigating complex systems, and strengthening care coordination, and this event offers a chance to pause, take a breath, recharge, and be celebrated.
